Along this TIME Meditation course you will learn about the relationship between the yogic bodies and chakras. Focusing on the physical aspect of the human being, Swami Vidyanand will introduce you to the reasons why the physical cells are imbalanced and how to purify the physical body through TIME meditation in order to experience integral physical health.
